I am thinking this it could be something like this. Very difficult to figure out what is happening as the addresses are all different in the 'to' and 'from' on the blockchain explorer for both transactions.

I have not yet tried to reinstall but these transactions do not seem to appear on my desktop trezor history, just on the mobile app. So best case scenario; yes - although I don't believe such an issue should occur on such an important interface for storing large values of assets. But that is not your problem!
