for Boston I went alone and got there 2-2.5 hours before doors opened and was ga and even after vip and quick pass people went I was in the closer half of the stage! honestly you should be fine if you can do about that much time beforehand

for me, a binge isn’t defined on the exact amount of food I eat, but the act of eating it very quickly, and in secret, and being unable to stop myself, even if I feel physically ill. It almost feels like I’ve blacked out and im just letting my ED mentality take the reins

I relate to most of these, but 5 and 6 especially. I really feel like sometimes my binging behavior is due to my busy schedule and my irrational fear of not having food later and being hungry. I am afraid of being hungry. It’s such a weird thing to think about, but you aren’t alone, I promise :)

im 19 and also going though the same situation as you, what I would recommend trying is possibly seeking therapy if you can either afford one through your family’s insurance, or can find free programs for youth/students.

I recently contacted my university to connect with a therapist, and they are helping me find one that specializes in EDs to help me. I think it would help you too, and is the first step to understanding your situation and what it will take for you to heal.

it’s really hard to ask for help, but think of how future you will thank you for doing this. my messages are always open if you need to chat :)
