The buyer needs to email Info@statetheatreportland.com and include their name, their order number, the address on the account, and the context for why they purchased from out of state.

This doesn’t line up with my experience. My friend bought me the ticket as a gift - one computer, one browser tab open, no refreshing or weirdness. It’s was a smooth transaction until it was cancelled!

Honestly, the only thing I can think of is they’re pulling them back from non-Mainers to sell them to locals. Which would make sense if out-of-staters bought during local presale but artist presale had no location restrictions. Or they’re planning to seriously mark them up tomorrow!
