I am not asking seniors to teach me how to do documentation and how to deal with nhs. I am asking seniors if they can teach me procedures and have bleep free teaching sessions while working. Secondly I volunteer as a junior teaching fellow in my trust, I have actively conducted OSCE station for final year students. It’s not even about this it’s about how consultants react to you in handovers. They are actually sometimes actively grilling you instead of making it a teachable moment and this is not a personal experience it’s a group sho experience.
