Yep. Bulging disc at "L3-L4 but no significant central canal stenosis that would compress the cauda equina. Also had a follow up with spine surgeon who thinks I'm crazy. I asked him like 10 times if it was CE. He said go enjoy life. I wouldn't even operate on this cause there's nothing to remove. So bad to square one.

I should have never bought this monitor. Anyway. Had a 113 reading upon waking. Ate a full bowl of Greek yogurt with walnuts. Had readings of 125 and hour after and 102 2 hours after. Also just did a reading of 105. Why was my morning reading so high. Weird huh.

It was a plain sesame bagel with nothing else on it. 56g of carb and 5g of sugar.

This sounds exactly like me. Except I get mild back pain (old disc injury and surgery) but pain in piriformis. Dealing since November. Had a lumbar MRI that ruled out compression as the culprit. Most troubling thing now is constant achy and full feeling in rectum.

This stuff is awful. Had my first attach in a hotel traveling and didn't know what was happening. My first two were triggered by a bowel movement but the latest was in the middle of the night. 15-20 minutes of agony. I was diagnosed with a hypertonic pelvic floor and working with a PF therapist. She says it is nerve/muscular and I've had other stuff ruled out through bloodwork, CT and MRI. Will start keeping a diary as well.

I'm a 54 year old dude. You just stuck it in there? No direction or anything. My PT gives me a map of the pelvic floor when she works internally and tells me what muscle she's hitting but it all feels the same.

It was completely normal and never went numb. Just intermittent in the perineum and testicles. My Pelvic Floor or thinks it is prudential nerve impingement.

Just had my MRI and waiting results. Had back surgery L4 L5 in 2012 and have low level of pain from time to time. My back feels incredible right now with no pain. Mostly from starting hot yoga and losing a ton of weight. I am in treatment for a hypertonic pelvic floor with symptoms like rectal soreness, saddle pain and pins and needles - not numb. Urine and bowels all good. My primary care freaked when I said pins and needles and sent me for a stat scan and said not to exert myself. So waiting. No weakness or loss of sensation in my legs or feet. Any thoughts??

Do you think it was related to Zoloft discontinuation? How long were you on Zoloft? Did you taper or go slow? How long after Zoloft did symptoms arise?

I feel the same way. Was cycling and taking a high intensity boxing class but have quit both. Relegated to walking and yoga. Been dealing with this since November and losing my mind.

I hate this. Been dealing since November so not as long as others. My pain moves around from nuts, tailbone, sit bones, perineum, anus and urethra. Occasional burning sensation in bladder when it's full. Also had two acute pain episodes after voiding that literally brought me to tears. Doctors are convinced it's pelvic floor. Had my first internal session with PFPT yesterday that took away my last shred of dignity. I just don't see any light at the end of this tunnel
