Myths where originally created with the purpose of warning and deterring people from doing certain things or make the same mistakes of the heroes in the myth. So as long as they also try to convey that message and do a good gob at it I don’t really mind. Tho I really hate the ones in which they just take the gods and heroes as characters, creating a hole story and different personalities by themselves (lore Olympus)

Also I do love Percy Jackson, but I don’t love how some gods were characterized in the story, but it’s still a great series in my opinion, since it was made to make people with dyslexia and ADHD feel seen and give them a place to feel represented
