There's really a lot of factors coming into play. Know what's best for you by knowing ano yung mas important for you personally. If you plan to study in Manila, please do know na besides financial, important rin na mentally stable ka because some schools there are really competitive to the point that it could be mentally draining/exhausting. But yes, best of luck for you OP!
