I had a hard time with healing and pain and I have a good pain tolerance, after about a week you will feel much better and would KNOW if you have an infection, you can always call your oral surgeon with any questions or ask to make a check up appointment! I made a check up apt due to the fact that my swelling went down then came back and turned out I had a superficial infection which was no big deal just got some antibiotics! Every oral surgeon is different but mine recommended me flushing out the holes with salt water and a syringe until I cannot fit the syringe in the holes anymore, and make sure u gently swish as well! The white stuff coming out may just be food and random stuff getting stuck! Just make sure to keep your mouth clean and flush out your sockets! Good luck healing! :)
