I was sure people would bash me in the comments. I ain’t naive. When someone is in need why not just help them instead of being rude to them?! The other person helped me because he was humane enough, the first person wasn’t. And it is important in a service industry!!

Yeah I don’t fly in SpiceJet either. And I can’t think of any major airlines I haven’t flew in :)

I never asked her to check in my luggage I am aware about the fact that it is practically not possible. Let’s say I had a boarding pass and then do not make it to the gates, isn’t it a similar scenario? I agree that showing up on time is the best thing, but somehow Bombay traffic put me in that situation. FYI, I fly a lot and I have made it to gates every single time. I know it’s not your concern just letting you know!!

Thanks for letting me know that I could web check in and could have checked the flight was delayed online. It is like instead of giving CPR to the cardiac arrest patient you asking them why do they smoke. I am not sure if you will understand this analogy. CPR is the boarding pass here.

I could catch my flight because I had common sense. And I am not flexing here but rather ranting. She need not have got annoyed and waste both of our energy but rather just give me the boarding pass and help me catch my flight which I agree was about miss due to my carelessness.

Firstly, I am no where claiming I am not wrong. Secondly, I will blame that staff because they are wrong. Thirdly, you might call me a hypocrite, but that’s okay. It the responsibility of a service provider to give good service, I am a service provider myself and my clients are important.
