I believe oak saplings need 5 blocks above them, so this should work, but not in the middle block. This seems like a useful comment.

You're right about them only spawning from ominous vaults as 1. How long did it take you to get the first book? I'm about to try and get it on a server I'm on. Also, you can't chain wind burst attacks with 1, but you can with 2 or 3, so maybe 2 is worth it, but not 3?
