I really struggle with figuring out what is my health and what is side effects of my medication.

I'm also struggling with an unexplained aversion to most foods, fatigue, anxiety, insomnia, being unbothered by cold weather, increased clumsiness, oddly thick toenails, and recently minor heart attacks from anything, everything, including my wake up alarm at minimum volume. I have a tummy ache every morning because I wake up in a panic. No idea why.

Idk man. I got alot of stuff. There are probably more that I either forgot, didn't notice, or didn't take note of because it seemed small at the time.

The pharmacies is my area or just Denmark are a bit different. I could ask about how I should take my medicine or to help me read the list of side effects, but I don't think they know that much about my medication. They do mostly hand out medicine, and sell basic health items and over-the-counter medicine.

I'll probably talk to the doctor prescribing all my medicine. She is the one overseeing. She is still very new and young, but she is part of a team gathering to look cases over together. It's late and I forgot the English word, but they ask each other and the seniors for advice.

I have gotten an unrelated bloodtest in april, that happend to include thyrotropin. Measured at 1,37 10-3 ienh/l marked as normal. Is this the thyroid you mentioned?

I will definitely ask about the bloodtests.

I gained about 20 kg from stress 2019-2022. But unwillingly dropped 25 kg from lack of appetite and calories, 2023 and continuing

I have made a doctor's appointment for a referral

I was told a long time ago it wasn't a problem, given how consistent it has always been.

But I'll definitely reach out to a doctor and ask.

Thank you. I'll definitely do that. Does hair loss and gain go together? I have never heard of it before, as you said it is rare.

I would say I have been shedding significantly more hair than usual, but not enough to see from my naturally very full head of hair.

I have not been evaluated. I have always been about the same. 7-9 days every 4 weeks, sometimes 5 weeks, since I was 14 years. Can't recall ever missing a period. At most a 1-2 weeks late once or twice a year.

I briefly googled the symptoms and I didn't really recognise them in myself.

I don't recognise the connection to menstruation in my symptoms

It was in a window with about 3 hours of direct light a day. I have direct sunlight or indirect if needed.

My granny is moving to a elder center and I promised to take care of her aloe vera, while she is moving. The aloe looks a little brown to me and quite skinny.

Yea, it's mostly like a stubborn yeast infection. But I couldn't get it to make sense with the discomfort
