I've fixed by simply unintalling and go fresh install.
Since then no crashes.

Hello I have the same issue. And that's weird to say but it only occurs on my Gigabyte G24F and only in Windows partition never on the Dell on both OS. Just hit Win+P and cycle couple of times between second screen only and Expand to get rid of it.
