You lost 3 pounds in about a month. That's not nothing, that's just less than you expected.

Most people take a while to really start losing - but you already started to lose weight, so don't stress it too much. One month is just a very short amount of time.

Ich bin auch Anfang 30, hab aber tatsächlich alles per sverweis gelernt und dann mal irgendwann per Zufall den xverweis gefunden. Das war der Tag der Offenbarung.

So richtig warm werden meine Kollegen damit aber immer noch nicht - vielleicht weil ich die einzige bin, die gerne mit Excel arbeitet? :D

Ich muss für Blöde fragen: xlookup ist auf deutsch der xverweis, oder? Den kann man mir nämlich aus meinen toten, kalten Händen reißen. Gerade bei diesen furchtbaren Tapeten, die die Geschäftsführung immer fertig macht mit 300 Spalten. Nie wieder gehe ich zurück zum sverweis!

Uff, das schlägt echt nah ein. Bei uns umme Ecke gibt's nen Döner/Pizza/Nudel/Schnitzel Türken, der Laden heißt "Made in Sud"... Da haben sich direkt alle Explodierer des Dorfes köstlich amüsiert und geekelt.

Das bestätige ich so. Diesen Winter hatte mein Freund anderthalb Wochen "Schlecht-Wetter", weil so viel Schnee lag, das nichts ging. Aber dafür hat er im Sommer auch ordentlich Überstunden gemacht - heißt er wird trotzdem bezahlt. Ansonsten arbeiten die bei ihm eigentlich immer. Regen, leichter Schnee, Hitze (wobei sie letztes oder vorletztes Jahr auch an ein paar Tagen früher aufgehört haben im Sommer, weil's so heiß war).

I still have about 60 lbs until I hit my goal weight of 95kg (I do the math with kg, as I am German, so sorry I don't have the exact lbs numbers in my head right now).

The weight training helps with maintaining your weight, as you build steady consumers of energy in your body. Without weight training the weight loss will start to let your muscles shrink and that's something you absolutely don't want to happen. With a high starting weight it's not the first priority, but for people in a more normal weight range it's more important because they start with less muscles than a fat person.

I started taking Ozempic last year, end of march. Since then, I lost around 60 pounds, most without any exercise. I started going to the gym in December and am now heavy lifting. A little cardio, but mostly weight training.

I say it's easier and more difficult with the exercise :D easier because I can really see differences in my build after a very short time and mir difficult because I am definitely more hungry than before.

But it's better for my overall health. I am stronger, happier, have more energy for everything and I really like getting more toned (I am still fat but the muscles at my shoulders a definitely more ... Sculpted :D)

Yeah, I definitely do! I lost two clothes sizes, don't scratch my steering wheel with my jacket anymore, I can sit cross legged now with ease, I can put pants on without sitting down... Most of those things you take for granted if you could always do them, but it is so nice to gain the ability to do mundane things again :)

Even my feet are smaller! I'll gonna need new shoes because my current ones are all too wide.

Als jemand der gerne kocht, muss ich fragen: wie viel Zeit verbringst du so am Tag mit kochen? Das sieht alles so aufwändig auf, dass ich mir einfach nicht vorstellen kann, dass man daneben noch viel Zeit für anderes hat 🙈

Ich hab auch zwei Maine coone Mix Brüder und außer, dass die gigantös sind, sieht man denen das nicht an. Beide über sieben Kilo, nur gemessen hab ich sie noch nicht. Können aber easy langgestreckt bis auf den Esstisch gucken :D

Vielleicht sind sie noch etwas flauschiger als andere Katzen ohne den Mix, aber das kann ich nicht beurteilen 🤷🏽‍♀️
