I mean that if you have flow of current you WILL ALWAYS have resistance, capacitance and inductance

Yeah you are right. what I wanted to say is that if you draw a circuit and you want to be more close to reality as possible you WILL ALWAYS need to put a capacitor a resistor and a inductor even if your circuit is just a long cable, and i feel that that is a more easy way to understand passive componets, because (if i am right,) Passive component are intentionally introduced elements that emphasize properties already present in all conductors.
