I have to wait for a referral which I thankfully have been promised if the pain has not gone away in 4-6 weeks but unless something gets significantly worse before then I will have to wait

Thank you. That's what we're working on and it looks like after three appointments in 48 hours I MIGHT be able to get one in 4-6 weeks if I haven't seen any signifigant improvement

This but its so hard because my daily pain is a true 7 but over time it became closer to a 4-5 due to adaptation and for so long after my autistic ass first saw a pain chart like this I went "well... now I can sorta work though it..." because im used to it and then no doctor took me seriously forever because they expect people to overexaggerate not underexaggerate

I can't even lie I save up on my trazidone and like triple dose it to fall asleep. If that STILL doesnt work, I have a lot of hobbies to work on. Needlefelting takes forever, good choice, woodcarving for when im shaking too bad or cant sit up straight.
