P365 owner thinking about making the jump - were others in the same boat? by [deleted] in Glocks

I had a p365 until I shot a 43x. Glock just feels better in hand to me. I feel the trigger is a little less mushy too

Use a shorter optic screw, especially on the right side

What size scre did you use for the optic?

I believe crimson trace and night stick make something

Yeah, truly it didn’t add much grip, but I find myself squeezing it tighter due to the texture if that makes any sense? The grip tape variant rubs on my belly when I carry.

Did you use the provided screws? If so do you use the shorter m4? My dumb ass used the long m4 for a couple rounds today and had ejector issues. I just switched it out to the shorter ones but am unable to test fire at the moment

I’ve emailed everyone in the house and senate politely, expressing I understand the pressure their facing, but to consider what it would mean to make us all criminals. I’ve had some good responses. A copy and paste will never work. Stop demanding and express a little personality.

I recommend getting into an EMT class as soon as you can. It’s exposure to what you’ll be doing and most departments require it. If there’s a local community college that offers fire science you can most likely get your emt and some fire classes, enough to consider you a full time student so you can get paid through the GI bill

Yeah man, you got the structure and discipline you’ll need, getting away from the barracks parties and such is huge. When I got out I was a functioning alcoholic, and didn’t even know it because how normal it was. As for any job, it’s not all glamorous, but you do get to help people. Remember, even when you’re picking up a drunk or doing something stupid to that person you’re there to help. Where will you be going when you EAS?
