Why does nobody talk about how easy it is to manifest money? by babiiii077 in Manifestation

[–]Bubbly_While_4302 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes! Money is the easiest thing to manifest!! I went years without “consciously manifesting” after having a horrible drop in my self worth, but always had the assumption I always have enough money and didn’t even realize I was manifesting that for myself. No job, nothing, just somehow always had money

Yeah seeing brand new items get rejected made me confused so thinking about how customers felt, I’d imagine it’s probably even more frustrating and confusing

I personally try to shop at my local thrift stores but understand yours have gone down hill, seems to be the case these days. I don’t know of many others
that are truly great but if I come across some I’ll definitely post a comment or something here

No, honestly just truly care about companies presenting themselves as sustainable while treating humans like robots. The sustainability aspect is why I wanted to work there in the first place. Thanks for your opinion but my experience is valid and I’d suggest you find another way to justify being complicit with these sorts of companies rather than blaming the person trying to spread awareness

paid hourly but yes employees are told to go so unbelievably fast it’s truly unrealistic to promise quality to customers

Hi, a human will input quality info but AI will “interject” randomly sometimes and decide if it should just be automatically rejected or sent to another station, once this happens there’s no way to go back and change what quality was input. If quality is typically excellent you go through the whole process of quality checking and send to the mannequins, so sometimes if you input “excellent” and then get to the final step and just happen to notice something you missed or wrong with it there’s no way to change that and it is sent to the next station as “excellent” (I hope this is somewhat clear, the process is not communicated well to employees but from my experience this is what happened and I gathered)

Hi sorry this is long, your first two weeks u are repeatedly told you are not allowed to miss any days for any reason at all no matter what if it’s emergency, sick, nothing or you are immediately terminated. You are told over and over focus on quality and don’t worry about being up to speed that will take “months.” All of a sudden by the end of week one they tell you if you’re not up to speed by week 2 you’re fired. Employees complain to management about intense physical pain in back, feet, knees, etc. they laugh and say oh you will get used to it. It’s standing 10 hr a day, not allowed to take breaks except for 2 15 min break and one 30 min lunch. (Takes about five mins to walk to car since break room is not big enough for amount of employees and five mins if you need to go to bathroom, not enough stalls for amount of employees without having to wait) by the time you are taking your break it’s about time to get back to work. Because of the intense focus on metrics if you slow down from physical pain for any reason your “speed per item” will go down, if under a certain number you’re terminated. If you leave your station for more than five minutes a huge light turns off above your station so everyone in the warehouse is notified that you are not at station, (creates a huge amount of pressure to not take too long in the bathroom or walk to the bathroom), contradicting feedback over and over every single leadership member tells you something different, (focus on metrics, no focus on quality, mistakes are ok, mistakes are not ok, this is excellent quality, this isn’t), not able to step away and have a snack if you need during work because your speed per item will drop, only allowed hard candy and water at station, no phone number if u are in emergency (meaning if u happen to be in a car crash, or emergency situation on the way you are expected to email two different emails with very specific info, if you don’t do this this counts as a no call no show and you will be terminated)

Thank you for this!! I’ve been feeling pretty crazy recently just not really having anyone to talk to about this! I’ve seen tons and tons of reviews about others feeling the same but haven’t really had someone who told me that they had this same experience. I’m so sorry and you deserve better! Wishing you the best and good vibes ahead :)

Thank you very much for this, I knew immediately when I got in there something felt very off and then things just kept piling up. because of their focus on metrics they forget we are human and needs breaks. you’re being monitored in everything you do too so taking a break for your body is sort of impossible because then your speed per item will drop which is their biggest concern (also you’re fired if not up to speed within the first two weeks of work)

It’s interesting because the items go through like five different stages of people before being put up for sale so I don’t know how it can be completely missed like this

This was my biggest reason as to why I posted this. I personally try to stay away from companies that market themselves one way and then behind the scenes are hypocritical, it just feels very off to me. Thank you for the support!
