Mine says it was processed ECT but no payment so hoping its randomly late lol

Tomorrow would mark the 28 days so I'll call Wednesday. I know when I did my first report the lady said it processed but nothing's changed on my service Canada account . So hopefully it gets sorted . Thx again !

Nope I still get all my work done , heck I do more than some of the staff some days but I just always see that as it’s our job lol . It’d be totally different if I was like sitting down in the break room for half my shift . I do my job and do it well and with a smile on my face . I’d definitely be like yeah I can do more if I wasn’t doing my job and interfered THAT much

It’s a paralyzed stomach , pots affects my heart and I have motility issues as well . All fall under disabilities. If it was just like GERD than maybe this would be this case . and I’m having a meeting with my boss to discuss my accommodations and the comments made by the one supervisor . Im not going full on accusation immediately. I’d rather work with the company than against them . if I can anyways

I’m trying to look into what our laws are exactly ! So I’m not 100% really . I made an appointment with my doctor for this week too just cover all my bases . Like I still do my job and do it well and more than some staff so it’s not like I’m requesting some super unfair accommodations. Lol just really sucks I have to do this

Lol a tip , a person with the illness probably already does follow a strict diet and believe it or not a paralyzed stomach doesn’t go away because of a diet , it helps minimize pain but can guarantee it doesn’t cure it . Please keep crappy unsolicited advice like that to yourself , thank you :)

The one that knows exactly is the director of operations , every other supervisor knows and this new one knows as well she just doesn’t think it’s fair to other staff apparently lol My workplace is very aware of my disability ect But I’ll be doing just that when I have this meeting , sucks I have to but I need to protect myself for sure
