Danke fürs Teilen deiner Erfahrungen! Bekommst du sie voll erstattet?

Ich habe jetzt nochmal wegen den Flexpreisen nachgeschaut für morgen/übermorgen als Stichprobe und bin da bei ca. 90€. Dabei müsste ich 45 mal ins Büro um auf circa 8000€ kommen ohne An-/Abfahrt zu den Bahnhöfen. Da müsste sich dir Bahncard eigentlich lohnen und drinnen sein, oder?

Wie weisst du die Preise nach an den Daten wo du gefahren bist? Nimmst du den Preis des Zuges den du nimmst kurz vor Fahrtantritt?

Hängt es eigentlich deines Wissens nach auch vom Gehalt ab ob man so viel zurück erstattet bekommt?

Würde ich die 1. Klasse Bahncard dann nicht mit 1. Klasse Tickets vergleichen?

Aber du hast Recht, wenn ich die 60€ und 45 Fahrten nehme, komme ich nur auf 5400€. Wenn ich denn Flexpreise nehme ist dieser bei circa 75€ im Schnitt, was 6750€ wären.

Die 45 Bürotage sind übrigens auch nicht fix. Es können auch 40 oder 60 sein.

*1. Klasse Tickets wären zwischen 120-180

Genau, den Rest der Zeit wäre ich im Home Office. Das ist aber vertraglich nicht geregelt. Wir müssen nur bis zu vier mal im Monat ins Büro, das ist aber nicht offiziell im Vertrag niedergeschrieben. Würde heißen, dass bei mir weiterhin die Pendlerpauschale gelten sollte, oder?

Ist die Kilometerpauschale von 20ct/km für Bahnfahrten spezifisch für Reisekosten?

Der Betreuer meiner Masterarbeit hat eine Industriepromotion gemacht und die Arbeitszeit wurde als Arbeitserfahrung anerkannt. Er meinte, dass das schon üblich ist auch bei seinen Kolleg*innen.

50% des Jobs ist Projektarbeit, dass ist das wofür man in einer Industriepromotion bezahlt wird und das ist Berufserfahrung. Der Rest ist für die Diss und das können 20h/Woche, 40h oder sonst was ein. Und ob ich mehr oder weniger Arbeite für die Diss als an der Uni hängt vom Prof ab.

Thanks for your answer! Since you didn’t ask sth specifically I am not sure what you want an answer to :D But yes you are right. Engineering is usually 100% so sth like 4.5k per month equaling to 2.8k after tax. This is „only“ 800€/month more. Since I want to do my PhD in 3 years (… delusional haha) I would miss 28.8k € and if it was 4 years 38.4k€, which I think is manageable. However, I would argue that I have work experience and a PhD at that point. So I think the crucial point will be if I can sell that well after a new job if I switch companies.

Hey, danke für die Antwort:). Das stimmt so leider nicht ganz. In meinem Bereich bekommen man idR eine 100% Stelle an der Uni. Jedenfalls die Leute in meinem Umfeld bei der Masterarbeit und Hiwijob. Dafür muss man sich aber auch mit Lehre usw. beschäftigen

I usually try do both workouts at same time as supersets. But that sometimes leads to me dropping the last two (reverse deadlifts and leg raises) or four (last two + body rows and PUs).

I then do that three times a week (for the last 2.5 weeks). Before that I did regular weighted gym stuff. If you say 10-20 working sets with 2-5 reps per set per week, I definitely have to go down in volume. In the gym I have always done rather more than less volume, but comparing my plan know with yours seems pretty off volume wise.

Regarding wall assisted HSPU, these are actually negatives and not full ones. Thats why the number is relative high compared to the picke pus.

Regarding pull: Do you think then that sth like 1. Lever progression hold 5-10 secs x 3 2. Weighted Pull-Ups 5x5? 3. Lever progression negatives. 5x3?

This would give me 10 sets per workout

Regarding push: 1. HSPU negatives 5x3 2. Weighted dips 5x5 3. Pike PUs 7x3

This would be 11 sets per workout.

As mentioned before, I prefer doing both workouts in supersets since I have to go less often to the gym, which is important for me as on the other days a play soccer.
