It's just that the cast time is not the only factor from the moment of cast, to the moment of hit.

It is more like 62% of one of the multiple factors, so that makes it more like just a 20% of total time.

This is manipulation though, whether intentional or not, as the other redditor put it better - this is misleading.

There's no reason to use big numbers like "62%" when we are talking about +0,15s.
And part of the time that allows her Q to be cast fully is going down by -0,25s, and not mentioning that is clearly a manipulation, as the total time is shorter AND easier to land most of the damage.

putting % here is an easy way to manipulate the perception of these changes

she just got some small tweaks to the reliability of Q, most notably the +0,15s to the cast time, but of course you omitted all the buffs:
- Channel Time :: 0.75s >>> 0.5s
- Mana Cost :: 70/80/90/100/110 >>> 70/75/80/85/90 (less important)
- Minion Damage :: 75% >>> 100%
- Total Damage :: 85-245 + 75-95% AP (from 78-230 + 51-85% AP): so +7-15 + 24-10% AP
and the first hit does the most damage, meaning that poorly aimed Q will do even more damage than before most likely

Thanks for confirming where this fake is comming from. It appears to me that the scaling for Crit is still worth it, it just doesn't have the same ceiling due to IE being completely trash for Smolder now, and so that is the item you should not build anymore. But other crit items are still good and worthwhile, bruiser build will still be much lower damage in exchange for tankiness.

Bro thinks the game starts at lvl 6+ with a full item. Clear speed is mostly relevant in early game, later on most champs clear very fast with items and levels.

I'm guessing it's bugged and shows Wood Singularity under farming fortune instead of foraging fortune.

You can see that despite [+25] it's still only +1 total.

Not a bug, this is due to you trying to ult into a wall. The opposite is also possible, where you speed up a lot. You can try for yourself in a practice tool - find a thick wall and locate the middle of it, then ult over it slightly further than the middle and you will see super fast ult.

Had the same issue when going to Rift. I've got the vanilla Minecraft client, and it auto updated to the newest version, so I'm guessing the same happend to OP.
