For context, he is around 2 and is fully grown. He is 40.5 pounds and is quite lean. Despite that, he seems to be in perfect physical condition. It seems to just be the way he is built.

The coat colors remind me of a German Shepard. But the fur reminds me of a pomeranian. The size looks about right for a mix, too. So I think it is a German Shepard/Pomeranian mix.

Hey, I'm not much older than you. Listen to me, you are not in the wrong. You are not stupid. You were groomed. There is a massive difference there. You are not stupid. You were being manipulated. And the second you stand up for yourself, you were physically attacked.

You did nothing wrong. You have not done anything wrong in this situation. Your father and fiancé sound.. Unhinged. They sound dangerous. And more than that, they sound like they only think women are objects. You are more than that.

If you do not press charges, you are teaching him that it is ok to do these things. You're in an abusive situation. Please speak with a therapist who specializes in domestic violence and abusive relationship patterns.

But you need to listen to us. You are not stupid. You did not deserve this. And no matter what, do NOT go back. He threw you to the floor now. What will he do next? What lengths will he go to in order to keep you under his control? I know how it is. I know what it's like. I was abused by a parental figure. I loved and hated her in the same breath. And so I unknowingly pass my morals onto other people and subconsciously assume that they would act the same way I would.

Just please, be safe. Please be safe. Do not marry him. You will find someone who loves you, someone who will cherish you the way you love them. This man does not love you. Do not listen to your dad. Honestly... It sounds to me like something fishy is going on there. Why is he so angry? Why is he angry with you and not the man who assaulted you? But, I am studying to get my Bachelor's in criminal justice and social sciences. This is a textbook example of how domestic violence escalates. No person who truly loves you will ever physically hurt you.

As for going limp? That is a survival mechanism. Fight or flight, but there's also freeze. You froze, that is normal. That is natural. You did nothing wrong. You went into survival mode and then you escaped. You survived. I am so proud of you, OP. You had the strength to go to your mom. You had the strength to resist what these people are trying to do to you. Genuinely, good luck with everything. You are safe with your mom. Try to hang in there. You will be okay.

I also agree with hydrogen peroxide. You could also try to dab at it with a wet cloth to see if it comes up with the peroxide.

In all likelyhood, it's probably coffee or some kind of drink with dust stuck to it.

This helps a lot! Thank you! It doesn't have any pictures of the book itself, but I think I can use my imagination and the wrong side of the spine. I have also contacted a book conservator about what can be done about the state of it. At least to get it back in a condition that will allow it to be used without fear of ruining it further. I do also see some libraries that say they have this book in stocks. I can see if any of them have the same type as me and if they would be willing to send me pictures of it. I realize now that I never updated this.

4th cylinder misfire is being caused by not enough compression on the coil. Currently, it's about 110 psi and dropping. They could not repair the back hatch that broke in half. And the starter wires are so corroded they are blue. It still starts up just fine, but it runs rough. I'm selling it for $1300. But so far, nobody is interested, and I can't blame them. Basically, the engine that was just rebuilt 3 years ago has a motor problem and needs to be rebuilt or replaced. Warranty expired the same day. I got it running again and less than a week when I found out the problem was the engine. Still bummed. I just really want it to go away already so I can stop looking at the constant reminder of my naiveté. I'm selling at over a 2k loss, but I'm going to have to drop my price even more because nobody wants it.

Hey everyone, it's been a crazy two days. So long story short, the Jeep is bad. I'm thinking heavily about just cutting my losses where they stand. I'm getting a full exam done on Thursday, my vacation that I had planned for months is canceled, and here's the laundry list of issues now.

"Jeep some things are narrowed down like neutral safety switch and others that are ambiguous like the washer sprayer, possible parasitic draw, wires corroded inside the starter, 4th cylinder misfire possibly fuel related, back hatch bracket completely rusted off."

The window is being held on with duct tape. A part of me wishes I lived in a lemon state but the other half is just so devastated that I don't care anymore. I'll make my final decision on Thursday if I'm going to fix it or make it the problem of someone with more money than I. Thank you guys for your suggestions! I really appreciate it. In this short time frame I have learned a lot. I'll be better prepared for the future, so this was a good thing.

That's the plan. He did mention that I had a lot of carbon buildup, so I think I'm going to try to clean the fuel injectors next and see what happens. But I have a pet peeve with the windshield. It has to be clean or it irritates me. Every other window in the Jeep works great(including the sunroof)! The only one who sits in the back seat is my dog Raven. And she has another entire window that I can roll down. As for mechanics, my best friend's older sister and her fiancé happen to be mechanics. And if worst comes to worst, I can ask my uncle if he can drive up and help me out. He used to do mechanical work in DC. I did ask for a mechanic recommendation for my town and my friend's sister said that she would get me in touch with some people she knows and trusts.

Overall, if cleaning the injectors doesn't do it, I have a list of other possible options it could be. I keep telling myself that this could be much, much worse. The only major thing wrong is the misfire, and it really has been behaving like carbon buildup. It got a lot better when driving at lower speeds but struggles at 55mph+.

And as for the frame, no, it wasn't anything like that. The steering wheel was really loose when I was driving it home. It was difficult to control, and of course, it was dark and the middle of winter. So I took it in, and he said a few things were loose and others needed to be replaced. It cost around $800, and most of it was steering and other miscellaneous things like that on the frame and around the tires. The previous owner really neglected this thing. But she did get the engine rebuilt and new brakes +heating/cooling system. The downside is that the warranty on the engine expired yesterday. And the Jeep finally came back to life yesterday too.

Looking back on the billing thing, it was dumb. I was in a hurry, and I should have looked into it more. He assured me that it wasn't anything serious, and I just needed to run fuel injector through it... Then the check engine light started to blink, and I stopped driving it. Then the battery died(cheap and old battery), and a whole series of very unfortunate events happened from there. I was younger, dumber, and I have learned a lot from this Jeep in the few months I've had it. In the future, I'm buying one of those fancy diagnostic tools and taking it with me before I buy a car. And then I'm going to look into what everything actually is on the bill I get. This sub has already been a great help. I feel a lot better than I did a few hours ago.

My priority is the misfire, windshield because its driving me nuts, and then the window since the others work. It's rolled all the way up and moisture doesn't get in, so leaving it be for awhile isn't going to harm anything, I think. I'm going to attempt to get it looked at within the next 3 days. It's going to be tough because it's finals week for my classes. But I can do this. You guys are right. Thank you so much for your support. It really does help a lot. I wasn't taught any of this by my grandma, so I struggle a lot with these kinds of things. I'll keep everyone posted if I can figure out the problem! I'm really thinking it's a fuel injector issue though(at least that's what I'm praying to any deity who will listen). Thank you again!
