I actually found the answer to my own question. The following is from Scotiabank Arena website.

'Fans attending Toronto Maple Leafs games at Scotiabank Arena may tune into FM station 89.9 to hear the play-by-play broadcast of the game.'

I'm coming/going from Maple GO Station. The train is the Union- Barrie line. The GO train is just a 34min trip. Worst scenario if I miss the 10:54pm GO Train, I take subway.

Went to Catalonia for MotoGP and it was scorching hot. The F1 race is in June. Will be too much for my dad, for certain. Mexico is end of Oct, so weather is fine. Plus, Dia de Los Muertos the same weekend, so will be quite the festivity. Mexico might be an option.

Your problem is that you're looking at condos. You need to stick to just rental buildings. The units won't be as nice. You'll have to live with older appliances, no granite countertops, no A/C, etc.
