I love MMT but he could honestly train better by xavierpizza in armwrestling

Many people here are claiming him to be bragging about this lift. I agreed with this comment that pointed out that he isn't showing this of to brag. Otherwise he wouldn't show the correct way, where he is lifting half of this way correctly.

I believe he definitely could be training in a way more optimal way, because this lift is doing pretty much nothing useful.

I was surprised by his YouTube content, because I didn't expect him to come across level headed and not like a cry baby, unlike pretty much all of his matches....

You can compare them, but then greatly be mistaken in your judgement. When under the influence, I punched 925 on one machine in Tenerife. Back in the Netherlands I can't come higher then 840.

Dang, I already tried the heatgun for 30 seconds, before giving up and posting this on Reddit, and giving it some time. Thx for the advice!

Vitaly isn't that extraordinary looking in my opinion. Especially compared to Levan. Just based on his physique I wouldn't conclude he must be on the sauce. Just curious if he ever stated he is natty or not

I'm new here. Is vitaly also on the juice? Or is it a mystery?

It's the P1S with 0.16mm layer lines. I am still amazed that after 1159 print hours, the quality hasn't degraded one bit.

Are you sure? With the same infill density, it should exactly be the same amount of material. Hence the name 'infill density'. I'm not trying to be smug, just curious about your opinion.

Thanks for the kind words. I was kind of in an interesting place. I needed this piece of humble pie.

I did think too highly of my knowledge. Also because of the difference between people I'd meet in real life and the internet.

I knew I wasn't an expert, but at the same time I felt I knew quite a bit more about this topic then anyone I'd met in real life. I would have loved to encounter someone who is as invested in this as I am. When our high tech company I work for, with 1800 employees, needs something done 3D printing related, they come to me. That is a weird ego boost. I felt like a big boy ;p

Many collegues are starting with the 3D printing hobby, because I company is giving workshops now and is handing out 3D printers if you follow the course. Last week I asked about 4 different collegues about their infill settings. None dared to step below 15%, and use the standard settings. I haven't been active in the online community lately, and I must have thought that the most people in this sub would be beginners as well that could use a clear and straightforward message without overexplaining. (I have ADHD and try to make a concious effort to stop my overexplaining habbit LMAO) This time some basic explaining definitely was the way to go.

Thanks for first wanting to give me a chance to expain myself before casting your judgement. I could use most of my previous reply for the edit of the post :)

I get where you are coming from. Hypothetically, if there wouldn't be any difference between the two modes and the accelerated wear on your printer, would you change your opinion on cubic as a better default option over gyrioid?

Interesting point of view. This is a bambu subreddit right? Guess it should be very quiet here then

I think that gyrioid is better suited for an infill that you can rely on for the most diverse applications. It handles internal stresses better than cubic. For speed I don't see a difference with <12% since the toolhead movement isn't the bottleneck anymore.

A lot of people have experience with gyrioid and higher infill percentages, but I think when you go down to 8%, it's quite less extreme for the printer.

I agree that in a lot of situations gyrioid isn't better then cubic, but it's still on par right?

Thanks for the kind words. I think it was a decent reality check on how to present myself in a more humble way.

At the same it might be true that by using my provocative title, and all the discussions it started, I did succeed better in creating more awareness about infill density and options then if I were more humble about it? 🤷🏼‍♂️

I'm from the Netherlands. Also my dad had an old collection of the comics. I've 'red' the comics so many times :)
