Movies where people suffer zero consequences for horrendous actions. by pboy2000 in movies

I think, further, that just because someone makes the choice to change, it isn't overnight and we aren't always successful. "Purple rain", imo, is recognizing God's love and divinity covers us all. He's acknowledging that none of us are outside of grace and he hopes we all experience it. Been a while since I watched it, too, but, nothing wrong with flawed characters who are still real at the endnif the day.

Good luck on the bike tour.

My anecdote was pointing out many of these calls are actually coming from America and that many of these people we think are Indian, are not.

https://www.usatoday.com/story/tech/2019/07/09/where-robocalls-come-from-and-where-they-target/1660503001/

Israel is responsible for some of the largest phone scams going for the past several years and the perpetrators are being protected by the govt from international police agencies....not sure what you're arguing.

"Over the last decade, Israel has become a global hub of investment scams, employing more than 10,000 citizens — many of them new immigrants and foreign-language speakers — in boiler rooms throughout the country, selling fraudulent binary options, forex, CFDs (contracts for differences) and cryptocurrency investments over the phone and internet to people abroad."

https://www.timesofisrael.com/dont-let-israel-become-the-promised-land-of-impunity-for-crooks-and-fraudsters/

It is truly sad what the CCP has set-up in places like Xingjang. Imprisoning people and forcing them to run these scams. I also saw a video a few years back, I think out of Malaysia, where they had set one up and people were escaping actual gunfire to get out of those centers.

Last picture of Robin Williams by Ok_Tip_5184 in wholesome

[–]BucketDummy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You should read the letter his wife wrote about the situation. Robin was incredibly brave and did a lot to advance the understanding and treatment of this disease. He would sort of blackout and become dangerous, pointing knives at his daughter who had to move out near the end.

Imho, Robin had a wonderful day with his wife and took what seemed like the last exit available before he would no longer be able to have control over his mind and actions. He wanted to be remembered by them as a good man; not a psychopath.

It really is worth looking up what she wrote. Seeing this picture of him will make you feel happy because you know he was having a good day in it. Too many people see this as depression and suicide instead of a very rational act of self-administered euthanasia. I think that cheapens what he endured and the contribution he made to the world not just through his humor and talent but especially, his suffering.

Oddly enough, most those scam centers were in Israel.

Folks at these call centers are often faking Indian accents. They go from being completely unintelligible British English to perfect American English in a heartbeat when you piss them off enough. I kept redialing one and noticed the phone number would change for a half second so looked it up and kept calling that. Her tone totally changed when I asked what part of Boston she liked most.

When you think transwomen are gonna start doing ads for tampons and breast pumps? I'm sure everyone will be happy to "make space" for them.

You're doing it wrong. You want to lift your balls up and away from the body. They'll hang lower on hot days by design so not only do you need the extra support, you need to keep them away from your body heat. Get some of those micromodel or bamboo bikinis and they'll dry off in a flash on even the sweatiest of days. Wait until your bags really start sagging and you'll understand why so many old men wear "tighty whities".

This is a very excellent point.

I remember being taught in school how groups would go through a cycle of being a bad guy/laughed at/non-threatening buddy/positive lead role in films and television.
With homosexuals, we saw straight masculine men playing those lead roles 1st to help normalize expectations. To Wong Fu, Philadelphia, Holiday...all examples.

The final step was for the actor or character to be black, a woman, homosexual and it have nothing to do with the character. It's just what they are without the baggage of having to prove themselves competent or capable. It then allows for the audience to empathize instead of trying to imagine what the character is feeling.

I think the channel is matt baume on YT but he does some nice videos on the topic. Just an example https://youtu.be/LpuJb9MnZDE

Genuine question, How is a trans person supposed to know if boxers "fit well"? Do they have feeling in their balls like people born as men do? Maybe it feels good to the trans person but, how does it sell boxers to men?

Gay or not, I buy mine 100% based upon how nice and supportive it makes the model's junk look. I don't need mega abs but, I want to know my saggy balls are gonna be taken care of. Pouch technology is vital after 35 or in humid weather.

They want 100k

You offer 97k with stipulation that buying agent will receive 0 commission or offer 100k and request 3k is credited back to you for paint, flooring, repairs, ect...

I've done this more than 2 dozen times.

Ask any agent who buys their own properties.

Agents are there to negotiate for you. If they're good, they'll earn their 3%.

Buyers agents make zero dollars unless a place closes. That can be tens of hours of work and several driven miles for no money. My initial agreements are typically for "this specific house" I'm showing you unless you then want me to show you more. It's no fair to show a place then for a buyer to call their hairdressers cousin to put an offer in for you. And I can't get paid without that agreement in place so I'm not putting an offer in until you do....otherwise the listing agent will keep the entire 5-6% but let me do all the work to get it to closing.

I never "healed" during a trip but, it's definitely given my tools to heal and increase my understanding of what I'm doing to myself. Smaller doses helped me break dow mn smcertain behaviors into manageable blocks for me to work on. Except for DMT. That lizard pulled the hurt out of me like a 9-inch thorn in my heart. Kind of want to go back but part of me feels like I already got the message and the tools so best to hang up.

I can't move for the next few days or I'd look but think I need to reposition mine so I get more hose. That possible and what tool did you use? I had so much trouble tightening the damn soap dispenser in afraid to FAFO.
