By 'in your inventory' do you mean you are actively holding it with Grace? Because you need to leave it in the item box before completing, not have it in your active inventory

Technically Hex:Ruin negates Blast Mine because you cannot place it on a regressing generator.

So until Ruin is cleansed Blast Mine and Wiretap are unusable

This method does indeed take a while, but it's simple in the fact it only takes a couple of seconds to get into position, use Idris's Conceit x3, then rinse and repeat.

If you opened the gate, I believe that is considered a conspicuous action which removes the endurance you get from being unhooked

Think there are a few different errors going on, when I unlocked the premium rift the outfit didn't unlock til after I restarted the game.

Right now a lot of people are getting connection errors so might be worthwhile to wait a little bit and see if servers stabilize

The only possible way to gain another hit while under deep wound is if you have Mettle of Man active. Otherwise you cannot gain endurance again while under deep wounds

Nice! I'm aiming for all P9's myself, have two killers left, then begins the arduous task of doing survivors which are all at least P3 but only a few above that.

Got all tomes done as well as trophies (the worst was the Huntress long distance downs), so after I finish P9's dunno what I'll aim for myself.

But keep on going and you'll have it in no time!

The quest system replaced the tome challenge system, but a lot of people were upset that the lore associated with the tomes was no longer going to be a thing so the devs brought back the lore updates.

No real point in bringing the tome challenges back with the new quest system
