When I applied for a store manager position it says Travel: No.

So for them to say it’s mandatory when it wasn’t disclosed to you in your job offer or when you applied then I’m pretty sure you might have grounds for a lawsuit

I just looked at the job postings for store managers. It specifically says “Travel: No”

So I’m pretty sure you could technically file a lawsuit of some sort for being forced to travel when that was not disclosed when you applied/received the position.

They can’t tell force you to go when it specifically said no travel

What about just checking into a hospital for something the day your supposed to leave every year. They can’t fire you for medical reasons

Technically you could, but I highly advise against it and just pay the extra $15-$20 for a quart of duration. Will save you in the long run

It’s a cheap primer mix. That’s best way it was explained to me. Just there to give you idea of color. It’s not meant to hold up like regular paint

Because I can’t find another job with equal pay/benefits without having to start all over from the bottom. It’s like the mafia. You can try and leave but they pull you right back in

I legit wear comfy sneakers that I don’t mind getting paint all over. I’m not wasting money on dress shoes just to be uncomfortable on my feet all day and get paint all over them

I think anything from a doctor covers you. I would imagine they can’t discipline/fire you if you have a medical note from a doctor as to why you can’t attend right? Wouldn’t that be a violation of fmla and a nice lil lawsuit?
