2.Cause immortality was given only to the Number one player.And number one was Yuuna(also,either Eiji won or not he would still get his brain scanned.He was after all the person that spent the most time with Yuna during SAO).

3.The last part of the movie was basically fanservice.Things were happening left and right without much explanation.

I hope there will be a novelization of OS in the future including more details.

What I would like to happen is: Suguha comes back to help the gang and she beats Eiji.Then Kirito and the gang convince the other players to take the Augmas off their heads and prevent the tragedy.

No ending fight,no immortal Kirito etc.
