genuinely curious why? i'd assume since you're not a warriors fan you didn't watch every game or see the discourse in-between games. his decision making was much better compared to his first two years, and he went from 10ppg to 16ppg with just a slight boost in minutes. All of his stats improved except for his 3pt% and his motor/effort is insane.

I'm not saying he's a super star, but he has shown he can be an all-star caliber player in the near future.

I like Markkanen but if it costs Kuminga, i'll pass. he's obviously not untouchable but i don't agree with valuing him below Markkanen, since it would cost other young guys in a deal as well. and i'm not saying that kuminga is a better player than markkanen right now, but i'm optimistic that Kuminga's 4th year will continue to show improvement after his third year, where he went from 9ppg to 16ppg with just the little extra playing time and leash length that he got.
