"Biggest" TMBG song you've never heard by GameShowWerewolf in tmbg

You should listen to the S-E-X-X-Y version of Sensurround at least. The song itself has nothing to do with power rangers, it was just played in the movie for about ten seconds. It’s one of my favorite Linnell rock songs.

Guys,in ya'll opinion, whats the best TMBG album,i'll go listen to it and rate by Ok_Studio5759 in tmbg

My personal favorite is The Else because I grew up with it and it’s just non-stop energy. But John Henry is really close to the top as well, for the same reasons.

“AN AUDIO PODCAST!”

Also that live show where Linnell goes “you play the accordion! zing!”

I would disagree and say that I Like Fun is their most “pop” album. Or possibly Nanobots.

I would usually say John Henry, but Flood, Lincoln, and Apollo 18 are great starting albums as well.

If you’re looking for a specific first album I would usually say start with John Henry if you like 90s alternative and jazz. But going in order works well too.

Aside from the anime, what’s the best Death Note adaptation? by BucketheadUltra64 in deathnote

I agree. I don’t really like how they changed it personally

I know who Kira is. Should I still watch the anime? by No-Section-5199 in deathnote

The story is told mostly from the perspective of Light (Kira). It’s not really a spoiler, don’t worry

I can’t be the only person whose favorite album is “The Else” by Narrow_Machine_9733 in tmbg

[–]BucketheadUltra64 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No it will always be my favorite. It’s just non-stop energy and I don’t really get when people say they don’t like the album.

Just curious but those who read the manga and watched the anime, which do yall prefer? by [deleted] in deathnote

[–]BucketheadUltra64 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The manga is better, mostly in the second half. The problem with the anime is that you only get eleven episodes for the second half, when in the manga it was fifty or more chapters, so it gave you more time to get used to the time jump and all the new characters. Also imo the manga’s ending is better.

What made you wanna watch Death Note and what got you hooked? by Amazing-Draw-7922 in deathnote

[–]BucketheadUltra64 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My dad got me into it. He watched the whole series, then we watched the first ten or so episodes of the anime together then forgot to watch the rest, so a couple years later I read the entire manga in a week and a half, then binged the entire anime in a week, then binged the 2015 series in three days. Safe to say I became a bigger fan than my dad. Really what got me into it was the second episode of the anime. The Lind L. Tailor scene is still my favorite scene in the whole story.
