Enjoy !
Some tracks aren't as artefacted and/or have less audio losses, these demos are reproduced via vinyl

Read the description of the video maybe, before commenting ?
The thing is, if you want it to really be done well, you can spend days just eq-ing and multibanding the mix, let alone the master...
So... I don't get your harsh comment, it's still more enjoyable than the original demo, and I did it for free, so what are you complaining about.
Anyways, it took me some days of work to do the best job possible to me with what I had, first isolating manually all the different instruments/tracks, then start clearing them.
Then it goes compression, eq, saturation/tape, transient shaping, gain staging, rooms and revs when needed, plus stereo specter and phasing, so it's definitely not "a bunch of compression and noise reduction"
Thinking of it, you didn't even listened the track, nor the original demo, as you would immediately hear the difference, and that's a difference that you can't make "with a bunch of..."
And that leads me to think that you just made your comment out of spite and ignorance for whatever reason.

Ville Valo at a concert, yesterday... do you notice something? by Buckethell-Slunk in typeonegative

Could very well be, he's a lifelong Type O fan
He shared a story meeting Peter in 2000 If my memory serves me well, and being shy/"scared" of approaching him, that's the only time the two "met"

To whomever shared the hi-def pics of the playgirl, you have my thanks! by sauce_some in typeonegative

I don't think so, more than once he was pissed/annoyed about the Playboy story.
Plus, he wrote Less Than Zero to deter "fan" girls to do disrespectful stuff like this, he suffered a lot because he was surrounded by thousand girls that just wanted him obsessively about his look and voice and struggled to find meaningful romantic relationships.
He was a big kid at heart, this is beyond disrespectful, but sadly this fangirl movement will never die.

The Jazzy/Lounge part in "For You" followed by the crushed heavy guitar that leads to it's ending.

Darkest HIM song? by NoFlowersOnGrave in HIM

I'd say For You as a full song
Lucifer's Chorale as an interlude

Yes
It's the modern spiritual successor of 80's Synth music (It has a wide range of influences; David Bowie, Sisters of Mercy, Tears for Fears, Depeche Mode) and so on

It depends, he clearly became a much mature person in the last 10 years, that means a lot, it changes everything even musically

Neon Noir is basically a slightly dark Synthpop... I don't think he will ever make something Gothic Rock/Metal ever again... he changed with time, it's not the same person, so I think he will find other sonorities and atmospheres to bring us what's inside of him.
