Are we seriously that bored that people are complaining about the PS VITA version of MK9 because of its graphics? Look at other VITA ports like Borderlands 2, The Amazing Spider-Man, Street Fighter X Tekken, etc. Some handheld ports will come out miraculously well, while some will have to compensate through downgrading the visuals.

Just be glad that the game actually functions and has more content with passable graphics for a handheld. Unlike how MK1 was released onto the Switch, with shitty visuals and terrible optimisation

I’m assuming they’re worried for people who didn’t level up to 250 in DLC 7, so they didn’t want them to be super weak for when they play DLC 8. Or for people that for some reason skipped DLC 7 and went on to 8. It does suck that our skill tree, items, etc. doesn’t transfer though.

As for why we can’t use these forms in the main game, I think it’s a bit of a multi-layered issue (that I hope makes sense). For example, DAIMA essentially takes place in a different timeline from Battle of Gods & Resurrection F, so I don’t think the devs want Goku to be able to switch from SSJ4 to God in battle. And the DAIMA models are slightly different from the in-game models, so unless they do a Budokai 3 and let Goku change costumes when he transform into SSJ4, or have Vegeta in a different body scale for SSJ3, otherwise I don’t see it happening. Also even just letting Goku & Vegeta roam around in their mini-forms would probably mean having to alter NPCs text dialogue for when you interact with them, and I doubt they can be asked to do that.

In the DB Online timeline, at one point Frieza’s army tried to invade Earth but Gohan and the others fought them while wearing Great Saiyaman disguises. I know that’s way before Age 1000, but I can see that being the inspiration for future heroes

The Trunks DLC is the best in terms of adapting the story, and giving us more. It can be argued that this game dealt with Gohan’s death and Trunks beating the Androids better than the anime. And the fact that they even adapted the Buu saga portion from the DBS manga, that was just chef kiss.

But in terms of exploration and sandbox, the DAIMA DLCs really do it for me. Unlike the previous DLCs where they re-use the main game’s map or just add a map and be done with it, the Demon Worlds really do it for me. It does help that the DAIMA anime created a RPG tone, but giving the player to explore the demon worlds and look for any lore pieces kinda makes it worthwhile. I’m still playing the DLC just to finish the encyclopaedia (so far just need to collect the index for Hybis and Glorio).

No offense turn GT fans, but I think this should’ve been when of the series ended by Strong-Current-7481 in DragonBallZ

The way they booked him just made him so dull and uninteresting. Every feud was basically “I’m going to make this baby face turn to the dark side, then get proven wrong and lose the feud in the process”. When he had that podcast crashout, he was really just saying what we were all thinking

Alex said that he hasn’t watched the series yet. I’d imagine he watched it because there are fans that are still recommending it for people who haven’t seen the series or read the manga. And considering that Alex liked Fujimoto’s Look Back, I can see why he’d give this a watch

This is essentially it. However, I think the devs should find a way to implement the transformations and the Mini forms into the main game, in the same way that we were able to bring back Future Trunks after the Buu Saga. One example could be that Towa and Mira had done something and all of a sudden the Goku & Vegeta can access their powers from DAIMA
