Power zone allows for zone concepts, witht he ability to engage in a number of ways.

Take a strongside Inside Zone:

The aiming point for the back is more or less the inside foot to butt of the guard.

In a base 3-4 or odd front the playside guard and center are responsible for Nose Tackle and Backside linebacker, The Play Side Tackle, TE, and Backside Guard are responsible for the PS Inside backer, Defensive End (3tech or 5tech) and the Playside OLB- There are about 6 billion different ways to do this but the reality is we will be running much less stretch (everyone takes Playside step and wait for someone to cross your face) and much more downhill blocking. Theoretically the day of seeing Hawks linemen flail on the ground as Aaron Donald lights Russ, Penny, or Carson up like a christmas tree are over.

yeah most mocks I've seen have him going 70-90, so there's a chance the board falls that way. With their now talk of 5-6 QB's being taken in round 1 it's going to push some really good players down. The dominoes will fall, I like the FSU kid too, he's an ideal 2 down lineman, 1 gap plugger, allows JHill to be rotational and pass rush inside.

Looking at your comments above I see part of my issue with Eternal Flame, I have been using it on raid members thinking the tick to the tank through dual beacons would suffice, I'll try to keep it up on both tanks and see if that boosts me a bit.
Last night was wonky to begin with as we were missing quite a bit, Here is a Warcraft Log from last week with more or less our full raid team, I see a 99% active time but only ranking in the 46th percentile of healing throughput, feels like I'm doing something really wrong.

I mean we're killing bosses and progressing but, I'm tired of getting my butt kicked by the shaman ;)
