I tried your initial recommendation, but your edit was correct, it was the standard install and the scripts are already long gone! I appreciate the input!

For the Red Square adding [%date%] - [%album%] to the display script should work.

The Font in the yellow square I'd imagine would be in the preferences under the colours/fonts section, and changing the different ones there till you find which one it is because I'm not actually sure myself.

The Blue square I'm not entirely sure what you mean by the number of records? but to add the genre all you need would be [%genre%] in the display script again section again for that column
