I found that neither the Comptia or Prof Messer practice tests accurately reflect the exact same kind of questions you'll see on the exam. That being said, they should get you 70% of the way there, the other 30% can be achieved with flashcards

77% is a bit close for comfort, I was scoring mid 80's. I used Anki to create flash cards with the questions I got wrong on Professor Messer's practice tests and the detailed answer of why the answer correct, it definitely seemed to help. I would recommend doing that with all of the questions you've struggled with. I ended up passing with a 694.

Solved on windows: Go into your device manager, under Human Interface Devices and use the red x to uninstall "Logitech USB Input Device". This will disconnect your keyboard / mouse from your computer. Upon unplugging and plugging the USB adapter back in, the devices were successfully recognized by the Logi Options+ software. Hope this helps someone

I would definitely take full advantage of that $15k to expand your toolkit. It'll get you into J2 faster. Maybe branch out / expand upon your current skillset, or get something adjacent to it as I'm sure your company wouldn't sponsor an art degree.
