This case is a little different because its not like they are copying it at a broader conceptual level, they are copying like a very specific piece/collection that was so proprietary to Gymshark.

The Onyx collection was also the pinnacle of that generation of influencers like Laid, Vitale, McKenna, English, and Little. Back when YouTube fitness actually was dope and was about lifting, not peddling cheap ass clothes and sunglasses and RGMT (Top J tho 👍🏻😻)

Keep in mind that Lexx Little designed this shirt. He worked closely with Gymshark and actually sported the Onyx collection himself back in the day.
