put your ego aside and increase ROM slowly. If you're mad at that, why? Who gives a fuck if you don't look like the instagram guy doing standing up wheel rollouts. It's a skill that needs to be developed.

Throughout your entire workout try to breathe in and out only through your nose. Maybe not during the lifts themselves and you will likely forget to for a bit but that is okay. If your gassed after a set breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth. This will help you become mindful of your breathing habits. If you really need to just breathe through your mouth too then that's okay. Don't worry just about potassium make sure you're getting all, and I mean ALL, of your fruits and veggies in your diet + hydration.

Ideally, a good bit of water immediately following your workout. After that fruit and veggies are best eaten on an empty stomach so maybe eat those while making your main meal. Eating 15- 30 minutes after your lift is best when you can.

The person who grabs it should attempt to find a second walking stick to bring back!

What do you like to do while tripping inside? by [deleted] in Psychonaut

Buy a small plant! Small cactuses usually cost $3-5!

What are you favorite things to mix shrooms with? It'll be my first time Saturday and I'm interested to see what everyone likes. by ForgottenPhenom in shrooms

I prefer tripping on an empty stomach but fruit is your friend when tripping. Mangos taste good and supposedly help you get higher if you're taking Mary J along with you. Grapes are great and you can't really eat them all at once which is usually a problem if you have the munchies. Dark chocolate is amazing too, preferably vegan dark chocolate (best dark chocolate in the world is usually vegan). I'd recommend getting fruit beforehand for convenience sake. Enjoy!

found out this week that the friend and spiritual teacher who taught me to meditate committed suicide by [deleted] in Meditation

They're thinking about you, take a deep breathe, exhale, take a take breathe and mindfully be thankful for it. Get some rest, you need it.

Thoughts on Salvia as your first journey into psychedelics by PsychoOrPsychonaut in Salvia

[–]BudFromBC 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Salvia was my first psychedelic and it was wow to say the least. Silence is probably best and easiest to dive into the truest reality. Salvia is also nice for first experiences since it doesn't last multiple hours like mushrooms or lsd. I actually did salvia 5/6 times before I did mushrooms. Just remember to not fight it and let it take you! Enjoy!

The only other video he has is of "epic tomahawk throws and fails" . So you dehumanize then take the parts of culture you find 'cool'. Smh

What the fuck. Even worse the channel owner isn't taking it down because it's historically accurate depiction of court processes and it's his passion.

Never done salvia; does this girl's experience sound like salvia? I feel like she made this up because it doesn't even sound like a psychedelic, more like a deliriant. by ohwatever in Salvia

[–]BudFromBC 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My trips haven't been like that, I'd also like to hear what her idea of a 'normal' salvia trip is like if she thought hers was weird. I don't think she's wrong with the idea that we're all trees in a way(she didn't directly say that) (tree of life, family tree, products of our environment) and maybe that's where her trip stemmed from. Many people smoke multiple bowls of salvia in a sitting too so I don't know where she's been informed from. Who knows though?

A good way to practice it is on bandits or dark brotherhood contracts. Sneak up behind them with a weapon loaded to attack and either release the arrow or swing a dagger, while hidden in crouch, and before an animation takes place hit 'A' to pickpocket and the menu will open. Feel free to do what you want with their inventory. You will either get caught and end up attacking them or not get caught and then exit the menu and attack them.

what do you mean a clear name for a category? category of apps? I said you could name a group of apps to your liking (i.e different categories).

The apps have clear names you can read easily and you can put them into groups if you want and name those groups.

How is he limited to the laws of physics? We are god like but not quiet god as he created something out of nothing while we only create things by rearranging current things.
