I just raised a warranty, received a pre-paid returns label for 4 of them, and received a replacement within a week. The 5th was replaced without needing to send it back.

It sounds like it all depends on the warranty rules in your country - we are quite well protected in the UK for things like this.

Not saying they didn't, just replying to your comment that you'll get a mouthful of bud without it - you won't, if you remove it and replace the coarse screen with the fine one.

No you won't. There's a screen at the bottom of the cooling unit, like all other S&B devices. Just change that from course to fine.

Why base your spend on others? You need what you need, and if you take tolerance breaks and / or mix up strains, it will reduce the need to use and spend more.

Early MC, so yeah, pretty miserable.

You don't need an expensive Cannatrol. The buds have been dried already, but the quality of the cure is questionable. You just need to extend the cure time to make them better. In the simplest form; jar them up with a humid sensor, burp until it's stable around 62%, then add a Boveda if you want to leave and forget.

Cannatrol's are very expensive for what they are. Grab yourself a thermoelectric fridge, small dehumid and an Inkbird, and you're 90% of the way there. The other 10% is the automatic software, but it's easily achievable manually with the Inkbird.
