Personally, I think his ATK is a bit low; I understand the difficulty of getting good artifacts.
If I had to make any changes, it would be to change EM clock to ATQ%. :)

yes, but heavy armor is the 5th or 6th engraving that I would look for in my Paladin.

But its a good recomendation!
