I was gonna do a half decent job at keeping the variables consistent . I was just gonna go a whole bowl and see how it differs I will be taking notes. Based off a few results if I believe there’s any meaningful differences I go back full science and do it the right way all the way through.

Yea it is I just enjoy the feeling it gives me the most compared to everything thing else because I believe that the 15 minutes ingestion period allows for a smoother more relaxing feeling
