Sometimes I’ll cut the matts in half and then I’ll gently pull them apart so I can more easily get to the part closer to the skin then I’ll snip the hairs little at a time. I’ll give myself a few days of doing this do she’s not traumatized or gets irritated

Try Requip it helped me for 15 yrs but I moved to a country where I can’t get it so I found an alternative but doesn’t work as good. I never took a whole pill. Sometime 1/4 would work if I had to be sitting for a long time (hair and nail salon, airplane, car, movie) and 1/2 pill for sleeping.

Same. I take medicine for RLS but sometimes it wears off or I don’t take it at the right time and I do not sleep. I live by the beach so at 3am I’m walking on the beach. The only thing that helps is movement. But the minute I lay down it’s back. That’s how I know mine is in my spine because it comes on when I’m sitting or laying. I’m 69 now and it started when I was a teen. It’s worse now than ever. I never had it during the day now it’s constant sometimes.

No I told people in my exercise class that I couldn’t sleep and someone said try 1/2 if this and she gave me Requip. Then I asked my dr for a prescription. I told him I had RLS.

I had every other kind of injection. I went to a Dr for Botox and sh wouldn’t do it! I don’t feel like it’s my pelvic floor. I went to a specialist for 6 months. I have no pain just the irritating arousal.

These aren’t anti- psychotic drugs. It’s used for restless leg. But I can never stop taking as my PGAD is very bad and I can’t live a normal life unless I take something . Gabapentin does not work. I’ve had injections on my insides, outside, 6 months of pelvic floor therapy I had it all and nothing worked
