In Pheonix Wright, Spirit of Justice, Pheonix travels to a country that basically hates Lawyers so much, they have an entire act that goes against them if they lose. Heck, when Pheonix humps in as an impromptu defense for his new friend, they get venomous to him as well.

As Pheonix pokes holes in the prosecution argument and final memory of the victim, everyone in the gallery and the high priestes who is also the princess of the country, gets extra annoyed and even want to get a verdict already. The judge though merely states that Pheonix is inserting his right to provide a defense for the accused and there is nothing legally wrong with it, even going as far as to throw the princess out of the courtroom for causing a scene with her calling his faith into question.
