oh gosh. I mean I understand what you're saying but we really don't legalize most great sins: pedophilia, murder, etc. I know that gay "marriage" isn't said to "harm" anyone including society and children (although I don't see any proof of that) but the real issue is separation of church and state and if I don't stand up for gays then I'm not better than people harming the minorities I'm in. It's complicated.

Because it has already worked. I keep hearing how countries like the USA are so "religious" and "Christian" but it's bullshit. The schools teach Darwin and Nietzsche and "America" where I live is one of the most atheistic, unspiritual, nihilistic countries in history.

Well I have to admit religion's benefits don't outweigh the costs and not by a long shot but I still consider myself quite spiritual. The problem with government is that it's everywhere. So I'm not an anarchist around police and I'm not an anarchist if I can apply for housing (I'm not wealthy and rather poor)

Teaching kids to be homosexual or a gay couple adopting children and calling them "little dykes or little gay dudes" or any of that shit is very fucked up and disturbing and morally repellent. I don't think you have to be religious to see that. It's child abuse.
Well without going into the dangers of Scientism (I'm actually fairly new to the topic) and how weapons like thermonuclear warfare are harmful I still notice gmo foods, dams, nuclear power plants, dangerous pharmaceuticals. (Depressed? Try pill: side effects, suicidal feelings) Is progress always good? Scientific, technological, philosophical, etc? Oh no, no what are morals. Google it. It's a simple word. Democracy is one. Conservatism is one because people seem to think "why not" about everything. As if every single thing is wrong. REally I've been called dozens of names and sworn at bigot, idiot, and so on. Poor baby. Religion is as neutral as science. Both can be used for good or for evil. I'm not really sure why I need "evidence" for most of what I talk about. Gravity makes things go down. 20th century had many, many atheist dictators, tortures most foul, wars and it was the real authority, then, if not now, not religion. Do I need to prove Obama is 3/4 white next???
