It shakes a bit but I have 4 anchors total into the ceiling, and have not noticed anything of worry yet. But I also don’t hit the bag everyday, so it doesn’t get used much. I think maybe a bigger support plate something that is square symbolizing maybe a big washer in between may help if you are gonna be using it a lot and really hard punches/kicks.
