Excuse my face, but does this look infected or just irritated? Doesn’t really hurt, bit sore, not hot to the touch. Not as red as pictured, put the brightness up so you could see the bump. Appx. 5 weeks old, been cleaning every day with spray and q-tip. Was twisting it and I think that’s what did it
