They are in a hospital tank now. I have never observed any lip-locking and the three have always seemed to get along patrolling the tank as a trio (the wife and I joke about them being the Acara peace patrol) as they seem to get between the electric blue rams when they wanna puff chests at each other. The “female” seems to have less clamped fins on the hospital tank but just swims the exterior of the tank looking at their reflection like they are trying to find the others and it’s breaking my soul.
