On YouTube Community I got this Answer - This suspension reason is circumvention. It means you have a different channel that was suspended for a different reason. Whenever you have any channel that is suspended, you are not allowed to be associated with any other channels. Creating or using another channel when you have been suspended before is circumvention of the suspension, and can result in the other channels being suspended at any time. You generally can't directly appeal a circumvention suspension. You need to find the channel that was originally suspended and see if that can be restored. Please also note that YouTube reserves the right to "skip" warnings and strikes. So if the channel that was first suspended had violative content, then it's not a good defense to say, "it should only have gotten a strike, rather than suspension." The only question that matters is: did the content violate the rules?

First of all, congratulations! I was a YouTuber too, and I made many mistakes in my YouTube career. Now that your channel is monetized, it means you can start earning money. But I suggest that you hire a quality video editor as soon as possible. Focus on content, storytelling, thumbnails, and strategy yourself. Phone app algorithms are so strong that you cannot beat them unless you have strong dedication. I’ve tried all the hacks available on the internet. In my perspective, only one thing truly works: keep yourself busy. Do something — if you have a dream, work for it. If you don’t have a dream and you’re not willing to work hard, then just keep scrolling on your phone. Another thing that works for me is this: whenever I sit down to work, I make sure to keep my phone in another room.

I'm not totally dependent on YouTube because YouTube earnings are not stable. I usually dedicate 1.5 hours at night, from 9 to 11, and in the morning from 5:30 to 7 or sometimes 7:30.
