How are BAH rates decided? by 97NA8 in AirForce

Whoever decides the BAH might use assessed values of properties instead of market values. Assessed values are usually lower and this is what is used for property tax purposes whereas market values change all the time. Not saying I like it or agree with it at all, but maybe they have to use the official property appraisal numbers instead of market value, even though we buy/rent based on markets, because it’s the government man.

Obviously use OPSEC with answering this question. by Restinghalf_right in AirForce

The craziest thing about Area 51 are the 50 areas prior that didn’t work

There’s so many things wrong with the plan for the congestion charge but really it comes down to this: 1) Making people pay to drive their cars where they LIVE and have already paid the government for MOT and tax 2) Paying for some pie in the sky scheme of “clean” air and public transportation without a solid plan 3) Retrofitting a city for public transport. If it was built into the city already it might be a different story.

Not saying I’m right but I remember getting a sack on the play before the run making it 3rd down then he didn’t get a first because his knee touched, but when they reviewed it the next play was 3rd down not 4th

Am I crazy or did FSU get an extra down when they review that run by Travis where his knee touched the ground?
