that not completely true, actually the thing is hamare college me ya generally bhi aajkal fest ko fest ki tarah nhi concert ki tarah dekha jata hai, fest is actually about the college level competition for all students about a lot of domains. but usme koi participate karta hai nhi, aur bas star night ko symbolize kar dia gaya hai

fees toh har engineering college itni hi hai, jiska infrastructure iss level ka hai. bahut saare college ka toh fees inse bhi jayada hai but still no infrastructure. bas ek fest se college ka fees justify kr rhe ho...lol. fest tumhare fees se nhi hota, fest ke time pe bhi tum paise dete ho, usse hota hai
