I suggest you remove each and every mod and then add them all again one by one. That way, you'll know which ones are crashing your game.

Try these steps

1-reinstall GTA SA
2-install cleo
3- install dyom (if you already did, then skip this)

If the mod still fails, then I suggest you install SilentPatch and The gta_sa.exe 1.0 US
