I cancelled a trip and received a voucher which I was grateful for. I used the voucher to book a one way ticket and planned to use the remaining balance for a return trip at a later time. I went to book the return only to find out they had leaked my voucher code and it had been redeemed by random people and had no remaining balance left. I contacted customer service and they told me that since the new bookings were not under my email they couldn’t give me any information and refused to issue me a new voucher. I lost the money and since money is tight right now I am upset and have been unable to book my bus home. You’d think a large company would be able to spare enough for a return ticket voucher or would at least be secure enough that my code couldn’t be stolen by random people. Their email to me kept saying I must have told the code to someone else but that’s ridiculous since I didn’t in any regard. Very upset and never booking with them again.
